For the Fall 2018 admission, the Department of Epidemiology Ph.D. program application materials and submission received deadline is December of 2017. Applicants should apply online. When completing your online application for graduate admissions, you will be asked to complete a section regarding “Degree Program” information.  Please follow the exact directions below to insure a successful application to the Epidemiology Ph.D. program:

School/Department: Choose  “School of Medicine” from the drop down menu
Major/Degree: Choose  “Epidemiology Ph.D.”  from the drop down menu
Year and Quarter: Type in  “2018” and mark “Fall”
Specific Area of Interest:

As an example, you may type "Cancer Epi, Biostatistics or Genetic Epi" etc.  Also, please specify the UC Irvine faculty researcher(s) who have similar research interests as you do, if applicable.
